Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport to build trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss challenges, and prepare them for potential discharge when appropriate.

• Design and execute individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and treatment records in our electronic health record system.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information on new clients and create a pathway for their treatment.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods to enhance client mental health.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision and team feedback sessions to strengthen clinical skills and continuously improve service delivery.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including working alongside psychiatric providers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. In addition to competitive earnings, we offer a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment in advance of collections, thus eliminating financial stress. Benefits include:
