Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and best practices to create accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to the individual goals and challenges of each client.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, applying diverse therapeutic techniques to cater to various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in New Jersey as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated specialized training or substantial experience in providing mental health counseling services.
