Radiance Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our integrated care team in Elizabeth, New Jersey. As a full-time mental health counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with complex medical and psychiatric needs, working closely with both psychiatric and medical professionals to deliver high-quality mental health services.

Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible remote work arrangement while also requiring participation in on-site outpatient services as needed. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

You will provide care for a diverse population of patients facing a range of complex medical and psychiatric challenges. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

  Proficient experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
