Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations, employing your expertise to offer immediate support and intervention to clients in acute distress.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at reducing mental health stigma and promoting awareness while making valuable connections within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, ranging from children to adults. Your work will directly impact underserved populations, providing them with essential mental health support and resources they need to navigate life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong cultural competence to engage effectively with diverse populations and address their unique mental health needs.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in an outpatient setting and familiarity with mental health electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
