Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an understanding of their unique experiences and needs.

• Efficiently manage administrative tasks including billing, documentation, maintaining individualized treatment plans, and completing insurance authorization forms within specified deadlines.

• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support ongoing stability and recovery.

• Create discharge plans that prioritize continuity of care, ensuring smooth transitions as clients progress in their treatment journey.

• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and agency policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, training sessions, and continuing education to ensure that your skills remain sharp and current.

• Engage actively in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute insights and learn from colleagues.

• Complete all licensure renewals and mandatory training as required by the state and agency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Impireum offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
