Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-oriented treatment modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the goals and progress of each client.

• Engage clients in therapeutic dialogues, helping them gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to help them establish healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults facing a diverse range of mental health challenges. This demographic includes individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and organizational stress. Our goal is to empower these clients to develop the skills and insights necessary to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a therapist in New Jersey, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have no active disciplinary actions against their license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a strong empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in technology, with strong computer literacy skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery is advantageous.
