Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, and work collaboratively with clients to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families using a range of established therapeutic techniques and models tailored to varying needs.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and a network of healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to therapy, ensuring our clients receive holistic and well-coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients facing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating both expertise and compassion in your response to their immediate and often critical needs.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues and enhancing public awareness of available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to ensure timely and precise documentation of client progress and therapy outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in community mental health settings. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also advantageous, as accurate record-keeping and documentation are integral to our clinical workflows.
