Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who are navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your efforts will contribute directly to their emotional recovery and overall mental health improvement, enhancing their quality of life and functioning in daily activities.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additionally, you will receive compensation for client no-shows and late cancellations, along with an exciting sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to welcome you aboard.
