Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families using modalities best-suited for each unique situation, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to facilitate comprehensive care and refinement of treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, applying expertise and compassion to stabilize their immediate needs.

Qualifications\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
