Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual needs, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, evaluating their mental health needs and history to develop personalized treatment plans.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure by the State Board in New Jersey, allowing you to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
