Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish rapport and foster effective therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to work successfully with individuals from numerous ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups, demonstrating adaptability in your approach.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
