Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs and goals.

• Providing ongoing clinical services including therapy sessions, group therapy, and crisis intervention where necessary.

• Continuously assessing changing treatment needs to improve service delivery and outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals aged 18 years and older who are navigating the complexities of mental health challenges that affect their community interactions and overall independence. You will be instrumental in designing recovery-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation and helping them re-establish meaningful connections within their communities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license, which could include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proficiency in providing clinical services independently without supervision.
\n
• Experience with mental health treatment modalities, and an understanding of psychiatric symptom management.
\n
• An uncompromised professional record with no disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and ethical professional standards.
\n
• Solid computer skills, with a reliable Wi-Fi connection for uninterrupted access to telehealth services.
