Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use histories and co-occurring mental health issues in order to inform treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the nuances of addiction and associated mental health challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with care team members—including social workers, psychiatrists, and rehabilitation specialists—to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing them with the tools and knowledge to support their loved ones effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
