Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health needs, ensuring development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various modalities tailored to the client’s specific challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression, promoting personal growth.

• In collaboration with clients, set and regularly assess therapeutic goals to monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches based on their evolving needs.

• Effectively deliver teletherapy to accommodate clients’ preferences for virtual engagement, thereby ensuring access to mental health services for those facing geographical or mobility barriers.

• Maintain meticulous documentation on client interactions, progress, and treatment plans to comply with ethical and regulatory requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unencumbered license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
