Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments with adults, children, and families to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate engaging parent support groups that focus on providing guidance and therapeutic support for families, particularly those dealing with issues related to adoption and prenatal substance exposure.

• Perform developmental evaluations of children to assess their needs and monitor growth, ensuring that all assessments are age-appropriate.

• Deliver training sessions for various stakeholders, including social workers, attorneys, judges, educators, and fellow mental health professionals, enhancing their understanding of mental health practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele in this role, encompassing couples and individuals from different backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a flexible work schedule, accommodating over 30 hours of working time per week.
