Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Flourish Counsel Connect, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions, to address relational and personal challenges.
\n
• Specializing in family dynamics, including areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss issues, conflicts among family members, blended family adjustment, separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Creating tailored treatment plans and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Participating in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult clients and children/adolescents, enabling you to make significant impacts across different age groups. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
