Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify emotional and behavioral issues in patients, utilizing evidence-based practices for crisis intervention.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating effective social work interventions and progress tracking.

• Collaborate with families and support systems to foster involvement in the treatment and discharge planning process, ensuring holistic care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, adhering to departmental policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
