Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families, focusing on their unique strengths and needs.

• Provide individualized and family therapy, tailoring interventions based on each patient's specific identified needs and treatment goals.

• Efficiently complete required documentation, including billing details, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support patient stability and recovery.

• Create thorough discharge plans in partnership with patients, ensuring a smooth transition and continued support post-therapy.
\n
• Adhere to federal and state regulations as well as NEHS policies and procedures in all aspects of care delivery.

• Maintain and enhance your professional skills through ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to collaborate with colleagues and share insights for improved patient care.

• Complete all licensure requirements and participate in mandatory training sessions for compliance and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse array of patients, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies you for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) within the state of Massachusetts.
