This position is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while ensuring effective telehealth delivery. As part of a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, you will engage in frequent collaboration to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients. Our structured work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, providing a stable schedule conducive to maintaining a meaningful work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health profiles and substance use patterns, systematically identifying the presence of co-occurring disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that blend evidence-based interventions aimed at addressing both mental health and substance use needs, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
