As a member of our team, you will work in a remote setting, allowing for a flexible schedule while adhering to a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

You will be entrusted with an array of key responsibilities that form the backbone of our therapeutic services, which include:

• Responding to clients' immediate mental health needs, particularly during crisis situations, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse group of low-acuity clients who are on pathways to mental health improvement. This population includes individuals seeking strategies for effective coping, personal growth, and overall mental wellness. Given our clinic's focus, you will work closely with clients requiring consistent care and support in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an active clinical license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with preferred candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborative capacities with team members.

• Commitment to a client-centered approach and an empathetic demeanor in all interactions.

• Strong organizational skills for effective case management and time management.

Preferred Experience\n

Your efforts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be generously compensated with an annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
