Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based modalities.

• Coordinate care by liaising with community resources, medical professionals, and support systems to ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Assist clients in identifying goals related to their mental health, providing tools and strategies to achieve these goals effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies, fostering an environment of understanding and support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy services, demonstrating a track record of successful patient outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, treatment modalities, and current trends in mental health practices.

Preferred Experience\n
