Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to better understand each client’s unique mental health needs and background.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and challenges.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing various modalities such as individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy.

• Regularly set and revisit treatment goals in partnership with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring that all notes are up-to-date and reflective of therapeutic sessions.

• Use our user-friendly platform designed for efficient client scheduling and management of therapy notes, allowing for more time to focus on patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Ucare, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. Our practice serves individuals from different backgrounds, making cultural competence and empathy essential attributes for our therapists.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW from the State Board, allowing for independent therapy practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is required, we value diverse backgrounds and approaches. Specializations in areas such as pediatric mental health, trauma recovery, or addiction counseling are advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is available to welcome new team members.
