Work Environment\n

This full-time position supports a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver services effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will work primarily from home but will also collaborate with team members through regular virtual meetings and occasional in-person gatherings at our outpatient office. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a consistent workflow.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for senior clients to identify specific emotional and psychological needs, utilizing a person-centered approach.

• Administer both individual and group therapy sessions focused on addressing age-related emotional challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices specific to elderly care.

• Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring that each client receives tailored services that promote their mental health.

Your work will primarily focus on senior individuals experiencing mental health issues related to aging, grief, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
