This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, along with a HIRE-ON BONUS. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of your clients.

• Facilitate the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and pharmaceutical treatment plans, ensuring all documentation is compliant with regulatory standards and submitted in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools recommended by the clinical team to assess client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to quality assurance in service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison among service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners to enhance coordination of care.

• Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders to promote the agency's mission and meet contract requirements.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
