You'll utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) to manage client information efficiently, uphold confidentiality, and maintain precise documentation of treatment plans and progress.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to gather key information.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences of each client, ensuring evidence-based practices guide each strategy.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one counseling sessions, providing a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• When necessary, organize and lead group therapy or family workshops to foster community support and shared learning among clients.

Qualifications\n
