This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that facilitate a balanced lifestyle. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team, including psychiatrists, geriatricians, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care. Our work schedule typically runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Leveraging telehealth platforms, you will conduct client sessions and participate in team meetings from the comfort of your home, ensuring a productive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying specific psychological and emotional needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with elderly clients, many of whom may be dealing with psychological struggles stemming from grief, loneliness, chronic illness, or cognitive decline. Your expertise will be integral in addressing their unique needs and developing personalized interventions that respect their history and promote resilience. Given Bellevue's diverse population, cultural competence and sensitivity to the varying backgrounds of our clients are essential for effective practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• A minimum of 4 years of recent and relevant experience in geriatric counseling and mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
