Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify specific emotional and psychological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on our aging population, which includes individuals coping with various mental health issues, loss, and significant life changes. You will work closely with seniors experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders, particularly those related to transitions such as retirement, bereavement, or moving to assisted living. Your expertise will ensure that these clients receive compassionate and effective mental health care tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 65,000 and USD 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, successful candidates may receive a sign-on bonus as part of our incentive program.
