Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with our treatment team to ensure a holistic approach to care, discussing cases and refining treatment strategies.

• Stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health to continually improve service delivery and treatment outcomes.

• Manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring timely responses to their needs while delivering ethical and professional care in alignment with licensing standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Proficient in solution-focused therapy techniques and demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic interventions.
