Key Responsibilities\n

• Continuously refine therapeutic skills through ongoing training, workshops, and peer feedback.

• Be open to additional responsibilities as assigned, promoting a dynamic approach to healthcare delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient services cater to a diverse clientele, encompassing a range of age groups and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, treatment frameworks, and family systems theory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
