Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, particularly Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients cultivate stress management skills, relaxation, and emotional regulation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that identify clients’ key stressors, mental health challenges, and therapeutic goals to personalize treatment plans effectively.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices designed to promote self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate group workshops and educational classes on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques.

• Incorporate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns to foster holistic growth outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive treatment approach and integration of mindfulness practices across care settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is required.

• Strong knowledge and experience in integrating mindfulness principles into therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
