Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapeutic plans for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, families, and couples, adapting methods according to specific client dynamics and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and collaborative meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health trends and practices.

This role predominantly focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) within the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards pertaining to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a bonus structure.
