Our flexible scheduling accommodates both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing balance for personal commitments while still allowing engagement with clients and team collaboration.

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

• Part-time: Flexible hours from Monday to Saturday to meet individual and team needs.

• No weekend hours, providing you with regular time to recharge and focus on personal interests.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC at Thrive, you will be responsible for a variety of therapeutic and clinical tasks:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of your clients.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health histories and present concerns.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and continuity of services.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed on current research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you'll serve come from a variety of backgrounds, each facing their own unique challenges related to mental health. You'll have the chance to work with clients dealing with emotional distress, substance use issues, and complex mental health conditions, among other concerns. Your role will directly contribute to their recovery journey by providing vital support, coping strategies, and therapeutic interventions aimed at improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing strong therapeutic rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.
\n
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies, ensuring efficient documentation and communication of client information.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with specialization or significant experience in the following areas will be strongly preferred:
