Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of clients, gathering comprehensive information about their mental health needs.

• Provide individualized therapy strategies based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary to engage clients effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain current with advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who have limited access to mental health resources and are grappling with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and your ability to establish rapport and provide culturally competent care is crucial in building trusting therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a varied clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on your experience and caseload.
