Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans that align with clients' individual mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address various mental health issues.

• Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth and resolving conflicts.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in case reviews and treatment planning discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Walden Diagnostic and Counseling Center, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, and families struggling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Our diverse client base requires a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to provide support in a manner that respects individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k with company match, paid parental leave, and employee assistance programs.
