Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing standardized tools to accurately identify the needs and strengths of each patient.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through virtual platforms, adhering to a schedule that meets the needs of clients while allowing some flexibility based on demand.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients who share common issues, thus enhancing their support networks.

• Intervene in crisis situations with sensitivity and skill, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and integrity in all documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and full-time or part-time status. Benefits include:
