The role of the Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be primarily remote, providing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance while delivering essential services to our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, employing a range of assessment tools and methodologies.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions that utilize appropriate therapeutic interventions to guide clients through their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will assist come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help guide individuals towards recovery and emotional resilience. You will play a key role in their healing journeys, offering support and helping them develop coping strategies to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions in a mental health context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
