Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including crisis intervention strategies and risk assessments.

• Ensure timely completion and compliance of all documentation meeting regulatory standards and internal policies, utilizing efficient digital tools for tracking and reporting.

• Employ evidence-based practices and screening tools as designated by our multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with various departments to co-develop and implement individualized positive behavior support plans that encourage client autonomy and well-being.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold Genesis Health Clinic's commitment to excellence in service delivery.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as community partners, to facilitate resource access and enhance program visibility.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including attending conferences, leading workshops, and representing the clinic at relevant state and local meetings.

• Champion and embody the mission, values, and objectives of the Genesis Health Clinic through collaborative efforts and involvement in community outreach.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational efficiency and service effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health-related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board in New York is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and engage meaningfully with clients and team members.
