Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including crisis management plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans as required.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, collaborating with the interdisciplinary clinical team to optimize client care and treatment efficacy.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring that we meet established standards of care.

• Serve as a vital liaison for clients with various state agencies, community partners, and service systems, advocating for their needs and facilitating access to resources.

• Establish clear communication channels that adhere to contractual obligations and promote organizational mission within the community.
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to strengthen program reach and secure alliances and funding.

• Engage in continuous professional growth through attendance at conferences, advanced training, and representation of the organization at relevant community and statewide events.

• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and philosophical principles within all interactions and community engagements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet the evolving needs of the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $52,000 and $100,000 annually, based on experience and full-time or part-time status.
