This full-time role allows you to work remotely while being supported by a collaborative team of mental health professionals. Our structured work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, offers you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while focusing on your passion for helping others. The outpatient nature of our services allows us to engage with clients from the comfort of their homes, providing them with accessible mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting sessions, treatment progress, and any necessary updates in compliance with state regulations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and administrative staff, to ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches and adjust treatment plans as needed based on client feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
