Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to clients' needs, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress promptly, adhering to all regulatory standards to ensure compliance and deliver quality care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client needs and track progress effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with clinical teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients' well-being.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold high standards of practice and facilitate seamless operations.
\n
• Serve as a liaison among clients, service systems, and community partners, ensuring coordinated care and resources are available for clients.

• Foster strong communication channels within the organization to promote alignment with our mission and standards.
\n
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with various agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to promote our programs and secure necessary resources and partnerships.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and representing the agency at conferences.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that enhance the overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on serving a diverse range of clients dealing with emotional and behavioral health issues, substance use recovery, and other challenges related to developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You will work closely with individuals from varying backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs and goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An active, independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice in Massachusetts.
