Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans using virtual therapy sessions to address each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients facing urgent mental health situations during virtual appointments.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest level of care and professionalism.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Engage with advanced telehealth technology to facilitate effective remote therapy sessions, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active LMHC license in Oregon or eligibility for reciprocity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
