This remote position allows you to provide care through telehealth, enhancing your ability to reach a diverse client base. Our Telehealth platform is designed to facilitate seamless communication and documentation, ensuring you can deliver effective therapy regardless of location. Our operational hours span from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy in a variety of settings, including groups, families, couples, and one-on-one sessions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, involving regular communication with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continued education to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.

Your clients will encompass a wide range of demographics and backgrounds, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with bonus opportunities.
