Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, psychoeducation, and supportive counseling to clients, ensuring adherence to the highest ethical standards.

• Utilize the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform your clinical decision-making processes.

• Collaborate within the interdisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to enhance service integration, working closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic health records system, maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Relationship Behavioral Health Services, you will primarily serve Veterans and individuals within our primary care community. Your expertise will assist clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. By utilizing your skills in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention, you will help empower clients to achieve improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
