Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries, which is essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, evaluate stability, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
