Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing telehealth platforms to gather relevant information about clients’ backgrounds, challenges, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, couples, and group therapy, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Manage crisis situations effectively by offering immediate emotional support and intervention through virtual sessions.

Qualifications\n

• An active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Oregon or eligibility for reciprocity.
