Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement, assess, and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring effective interventions.

• Work in tandem with other healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and achievements in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Manage a consistent caseload, diligently tracking progress and outcomes with precise session notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse and spans various demographics, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among many others. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in addressing their needs and ensuring they receive compassionate and evidence-based care tailored to each individual's situation.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current knowledge of mental health resources available in the community.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an approachable manner.

• A demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
