Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans essential for clients’ mental health needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, including the formulation of crisis plans and risk assessments to mitigate potential challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to comply with regulatory standards and ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, adapting strategies to align with clients' unique circumstances.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our practice meets the highest industry standards.

• Act as a liaison for clients to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to additional resources and support.

• Identify and establish relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote programs and secure funding opportunities.

• Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n
