The work setting for this role is entirely remote, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance for our team members. Regular working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying risk factors and areas of concern.

• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual.

• Provide individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques suited for diverse populations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Maintain complete and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, using electronic health record systems.

• Engage actively in clinical supervision, participate in case conferences, and pursue ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing challenges related to substance misuse, from those in the early stages of addiction to individuals working through recovery. You will also support clients in crisis, providing immediate intervention for emotional distress, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Your empathetic and culturally sensitive approach will be crucial in helping clients feel safe and supported throughout their treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An active and independent LMHC license in Massachusetts is mandatory.

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
