Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, incorporating crisis plans, risk assessments, and medication management when necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions as indicated by clinical protocols and enhance supportive practices through collaborative team efforts.

• Contribute to the development of positive behavior support strategies and actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our quality of care.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community organizations, and relevant service systems to expand our network and improve service accessibility for clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication among colleagues and community partners to foster support for clients and advance the mission of our organization.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities such as attending conferences, workshops, and community meetings to stay informed on best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use disorders, managing developmental disabilities, or coping with the impacts of acquired brain injuries. Your expertise will support clients in navigating their unique circumstances and achieving their personal health goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
