Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and client-defined goals.

• Create and implement individualized crisis and pre-crisis intervention plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support strategies and participate in ongoing care coordination.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life Change Behavioral Center, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals facing emotional disturbances, those in recovery from substance use, and clients with developmental challenges and acquired brain injuries.
